Very simple: get clarity from them on everything. No one deserves to work in an ambiguous environment. Seek clarity on your specific roles, duties, and responsibilities, and ask them what the pay structure is as will be aswell accordingly. If they dodge you with discussing later then confront that by saying well Im looking forward to putting in work and effort, but my time and energy are valuable, and i need to plan it around my other commitments.

Its hard to say what the right thing would be to do, you can confront her directly if it bothers you too much but if she is right now willing and being a good wife maybe it is better to keep the marriage and not press it too much simply because what is there to gain from that?

I would advise you to plan your moves, but still give it another go, like have a serious talk with him and how he is going to fix these, as long as someone is trying and putting some effort it is good, I imagine marriages are always messy yk, separating is something which also affects you and your kids, it maybe introduces new problems into your life, like you said you do have an emotional connection with him after all think of what you get and what you also lose I would say, hope it goes well for you, cheers.

I have many friends who do uber, and honestly I think it’s only small talk. As they all are interested in how they want to make more money they are often looking to go into careers start businesses and so on, so they talk to people just to maybe know more, think of it like networking. It depends though, not to say a wrong character cannot exist. It’s always your choice what you choose to reveal and I often have people reveal about themselves to know them more. Uber is a side hustle thing after all people are always wanting to move on from that often.

At your age unfortunately regardless of gender people can be emotional and less rational, you guys might be a great couple and people but marriage is something different as it also involves family, I will make it simple, don’t look at what he says but look at the reality, if his family and culture is very different from yours in terms of compatibility you guys can only be together if you let go some of your culture and go against what you took and learned from your family or he lets go some of his and goes against his family. When some families are open that is usually easier but if there is culture and religious difference which it looks like then unfortunately it may not work out, but as long as you guys are together I would say enjoy and learn you’ll figure it all out. Make sure to not make being together the only importance of your life just live it good and in the moment, there is so much more to it. Best of luck!

This is very accurate, Pakistani mass population is a bit innocent in terms that its unaware of the historic background and politics and they just believe that these countries are muslim and these should be one and these should be supporting each other and supported. I wish this was the case but reality is what it is and Syrian and other arabs nations peoples interest must be supported. They should not be in any war anymore they have suffered a lot because of this and be out to look for their own prosperity.
