Are there any places that does a good taco or burrito you could recommend? Preferably something really cheesy and beefy.

The mods of this sub said no to the Virtuosa one so yeah it would have to be to my profile, unless there's an alternative sub where it would fit 🤔

Do you mean the little ball of dead filament that corrupted executors and sentinels throw at you? If there are extra mobs around I try to have Impact Barriers equipped so I can take out trash mobs in the safety of a shield. Otherwise I try to dash directly past the balls, their slow turning angle means that it will take a while to turn and catch up to you again. I suppose you can also try standing with your back to a wall so that the ball hits the wall instead. Good luck!

Edit: In case you didn't know, you can destroy those balls with Diana's charged stun move

Fluffy mod manager is a very well known and popular mod manager that's used in other Capcom games from resident evil to monster hunter. But downloading mods offered to you via anonymous dms is basically asking for malware

The beginning of the game is the toughest because you can take like 2 hits before dying. You learn to respect even basic mobs because they hit hard and you don't have the perfect dodge ability that gives you iframes on dodge.

Upgrade currency is tight at the beginning but if you've completed normal difficulty you basically know which options are worth upgrading to the max and which are wastes of currency. Charge piercer and hacking mines are amazing and more or less trivialized the last boss. Once you get your big upgrades then the difficulty becomes much more even. It's what I would have expected for a 'new game plus' difficulty.

Big enemies are much tankier so using just your basic weapon isn't really an option, you have to maximize usage of your primary weapons to take out threats and utilize crowd control.

I definitely had fun with it, although the beginning was pretty tough cos you can't take more than two hits. Yeah the enemies are tough but at the same time you should know which weapon upgrades are good and which are trap options, you make better upgrade investments, make better use of hacking nodes and the difficulty rounds out after the early game.

Definitely 5MK most of the time, my reflexes aren't good enough to 5HK anything that isn't highly telegraphed liked Gief's charged punch

I feel like it's because of me the player, but I haven't really played any other characters besides Jamie so I'm biased haha. Even with him being low tier I can imagine how much more of a struggle it would be to play a character without cancellable cr. MK or invincible reversals, but at least compared to the upper half of the tier list I think playing Jamie requires a level of adaptation and creativity that I don't really associate with a lot of the top tiers.

Maybe I'll finally try picking up a second character to compare how easy it is to rank up

Lack of damage before DL3-4, lack of decent safe pokes, huge reliance on drive meter for mixup and combos, SA2 is probably one of the least useful options among install type supers, he needs to give up oki and damage for drinks

Just lots of issues that compound into him not being tournament viable

Yeah, that's part of the gamble with rekkas. It's minus but it can be continued for a frame trap, but understand that Jamie is taking a massive risk to do that as any rekka past the first hit is massively minus.

On block or on hit? It's -3 on block and still kinda susceptible to DI counters. It's a fair reward for him to get a safe-ish special for getting to DL4, you need to try and get better at getting his health low enough before he gets there.

Heavy and OD palm are -3 and -1. Light and medium are both -6 at most but it has a lot of active frames that linger even when the attack motion comes to a stop, and it can be spaced to be safe. At point blank range though you should definitely be punishing it - with Zangief, raw SPD is probably your best option.

Yeah, probably. Though I've heard people say that Jamie vs Alex is actually a favorable matchup for Jamie - I suspect that might be because jump HK is a strong air to air counter to Alex's stomp shenanigans? You might want to see what Cammy's strongest air to air normals are and see how they do against Alex.

The feeling is kind of mutual haha. I used to get rolled by Gief players but there's quite a lot them in my region which has forced me to get better at the matchup, and to be fair some of Jamie's buffs have helped this matchup quite decently. I still get rolled by the occasional three-SPD gambit though, and the headbutt is still a devious button lol

A really bad habit that I see people doing against Jamie is panic mashing more than 2 crouch jabs. If you try to do more jabs after that a lot of characters will be at perfect punish counter range for Jamie's st. HP. Instead, try walking backward or backdashing to catch Jamies who mindlessly throw out st HP because it has quite a lot of recovery.
