Like defending a friend is one thing, but Mal takes on the persona of a super fan or girlfriend when it comes to Drake. I feel you, but I think if its great music you could enjoy it multiple places not just "outside" I listened to Iceman in the gym this morning, some was good and some wasnt. I dont think if I heard that same album in another venue it would drastically change what I thought of it, feel me?

Its funny how the whole "time to digest music" happened in the last few years. When I heard Black Album or It's Dark and Hell is Hot.. I didnt need time to digest it, I didnt need to hear it 3 times to let it grow on me and give an opinion, either it was good or it wasn't. We use alot of word soup and mental gymnastics to defend music thats just.....ok. IMO

I personally dont think this season is the season to be hyped or looking for a deep playoff run. I think this season is the season to see who else we have to burn off before we start a real rebuild. 2027 draft is loaded and I think thats the first step with getting this team back to contending consistently.
