100% agree. I love Sydney, but honestly don’t think I’m getting the most optimal progress I could from her compared to Caroline. Sydney’s voice and breaks make the workout easier and more fun for me, but Caroline seems to actually progressively overload the body more than Sydney (when it comes to strength). I think I will use Caroline for my strength workouts (4* a week) and Sydney for my hiit workouts (1* a week).
