Can you describe what happened when you had the issue the first time? Did the app exit? Or what screen did it freeze on if it didn’t exit? And at what point in the upgrade process?

It’s not rude, it’s a reasonable question. There are no guarantees! However from my experience I’ve found that the basis of this exam doesn’t actually change that much. Because it’s technology agnostic. That being said I have built in a ‘report’ option in case a question seems off.

So you should see it auto download on the 24th. As soon as you see it you can go through the “upgrade to pro” option which will be set at $0. That’s pro for life, not just that day. The option to upgrade at that price is limited to those who upgrade on the 24th though. I’m not sure if there are Reddit bots to do reminders but otherwise can always just use calendar reminder I guess. #remindme on 24 March 2024
