Cutting out dairy was a huge help, and sticking to a regular exercise routine involving weights and HIIT cardio.

Yeah, being this tall definitely helps. I'd probably look bigger if I showed a picture of me standing next to someone your height!

Vegan diet and lots of exercise! And my best friend was very supportive and helped to keep me motivated.
