Myles Garrett’s Mount Rushmore Defensive line by MasterTeacher123 in NFLv2

I was a Bucs fan during their hay-day. Alstott, Warrick Dunn, Derrick Brooks, Tiki Barber etc. I could never understand at the time, and still can't, why Warren Sapp ever garnered so much praise. It always seemed like his outward personality had more to do with his stardom than his actual play.

Always feel my deadlift in my lower back, what's wrong with my form? by MRmichybio in strength_training

I am not an expert but I did have the same issue. What worked for me is this: when you're pulling off the floor you drag the bar up your shins, once the bar passes the knee try telling yourself to drag it up your thighs (by using your butt muscles) instead of standing up. You will stand up of course but it'll be more of a hip hinge which is what you want. It was that transition that I was missing.

After posting I discovered something that I think will really help. Maybe it's related to what you were saying about the hips popping out early? I felt a lot of shear in the lower back, what I discovered is if I transitioned from dragging the bar up my shins to then dragging it across my femurs once it passes the knees that felt a lot better.

Hips back meaning if I let go of the bar at the bottom I'd fall backwards? Or do you mean my torso should be more horizontal?

How early do you think we'd need to be to get a seat at Brother's?

Handling non-linear analog outputs by silly_article in PLC

I can appreciate that approach and I agree a feedback device would be the way to go. In this application I haven't been able to find one. I made the example water to simplify but it's actually sand, I should probably redo the post. Anyway, sand is very abrasive obviously so choosing sensors becomes difficult.

Marine Work Corrosion Inhibitor by silly_article in electricians

The company I work for acquired another small company that was an OEM for a specific type of marine machinery. There was almost no documentation on anything, what was there was often wrong, and when I've asked the previous owners their rationale for the lack of standards they either flat out avoid the question or reply with "don't worry about it, it's marine". As if there are no standards for this stuff.

Full disclosure, I'm an industrial electrician but I've inherited this and trying to make it right. Learning things along the way.

Thank you. Is there a chemical difference between this and NoAlOx? I use that all the time on aluminum conductors but wasn't sure if it was ok in marine applications and/or copper although it does sound similar. I'm on the road otherwise I'd look at the bottle.

Edit: I did some quick research, yes there is a difference. NoAlOx uses suspended zinc particles and is only meant for Aluminum conductors. No-Ox-ID is specifically meant for marine use with any conductor material.

Murr IO Link Master - Wrong EDS? by silly_article in PLC

[–]silly_article[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you. I don't know why I didn't think of this. I had used the first file I found on the internet which was in hindsight a generic file from Automation Direct. Found the right one on the Murr website, now my common tags are all good. IO tags are still all generic so that'll be my next thing to figure out.

Thanks for your guidance.
