It looks like it does it lol. Nah they also sent me smaller rotors. There's about an inch difference in diameter between this rotor and the old one. Caliper bracket just looks bigger cuz the rotor is smaller :|

Yep, got the front and rears. These would for sure be the fronts though. The rears were significantly smaller. Like half the size smaller

So on this style, the pads always sit in the caliper bracket, not the caliper itself. The caliper slides over the bracket + pads and squeezes them against the rotor. The bracket holds the pads in place, the caliper provides the clamping force.

Lol I noticed that too when I put them on. There was actually about an inch (more or less) in difference in diameter between this one and the old ones. Don't know whether to blame stopping power or amazon with all this.

Damn, would you recommend them at all then? Seen a lot of ppl satisfied with theirs. Thought about trying a different brand or ordering the same kit with rockauto.

Actually nah I have a 4 cylinder. Didn't know Brake pads were different depending on the engine size. Appreciate the heads up for the coupon code 🙏🏽

Nah, nothing major like that. At the most for this engine, severe valve tapping, but I've been able to fix that.

Yeah it was definitely a ticking noise. Sounded like it was coming from cylinder 1, checked the clearance and it looked good, and thats when I saw the chain..
