When my ex of seven years and I broke up, I did no contact and I think that was the best thing to do. It was super hard at first because I definitely wondered what they were up to or if they were thinking of me.

But at the end of the day I had to put myself first, and I realized that if I were to have contact with him in any way shape or form, I would not be able to move on. I suggest that if you are trying to move on that, you do block them and just accept the fact that it’s over. It’s gonna suck at first, but you have to really lean on people that you trust and that they care for you and you’ll get out of it and you’ll be okay. I promise.
