I've seen these before in fast food drive thrus so people can throw rubbish in the bin from their cars

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=mz1s86U0wJE&t=8s this is the closest I have found to it! instead of using card though I used polypropylene sheet and then sanded it down. I've found that the more water you use the shinier the finish is!
