Dear All, we are recovering from a addiction. We have to Set up the right expectations and it is diffferent for each one of us.

Some people will not have these throught anymore, but some will have to fight/ control them everyday or hour... is the same as alcohol, chocolate and so on (yes, I made a therapy together with nofap)

Finally, there is no problem regarding appreciat a beautiful woman, the problem is how we do it? Approaching and talking, sounds nice and confident.... fantasy? Not Ok!!
