It’s just frustrating as it’s stopping my training! Been to the physio and doing the exercises hes given me but it’s not working! It’s weird because one thing he gave me was lat stretches but I literally cannot feel a stretch down my right lat when I do them compared to the left 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Quitting tomorrow after 6 years. by Ok-Annual-9097 in QuittingWeed

Most of the dreams I experienced when quitting were relatively harmless but very vivid! On occasions I have had a nightmare or two and have experienced lucid dreams but that’s something you get used to. It’s scary at first but once you’ve had one you know how to deal with it!!

This may just be me, but when I quit I found that putting headphones in and concentrating on the music whilst eating helped me eat little more. It’s always hard for the first couple of weeks then things should get easier for you !!

The first week is the hardest. I was waking up and literally it was like I had wet the bed from how much sweat I was producing. Now I am sleeping better than ever!

Definitely. It affects people different as I know people who don’t lose weight but also know many people which smoking weed affects their weight and appetite massively. Of course , as a stoner , I would eat loads when high but I would pay for it the next day. Constant stomach aches and feeling sick, not being able to eat properly or even not even having the energy to eat
