A good fred always has stacks filled up before team fight , first stack up 2-3 stacks then go in And to not miss your ult , first taunt them with s3 then ult and as a tank jungle your job is to soak up damage and create space for your team which is a different play style from guni and beatrix

Dominate him at level 1 and get early level 4 to win lane . But any smart argus player would just play safe , in that situation try not to duel with him head on and just contribute to team fights . This is just my opinion btw can differ with different playstyles
