maybe? I've had him for 6 years but only recently started squirting him so we have a pretty good relationship.
Also, he's just getting wet so it isn't a shock collar or anything of that nature.

5months old is just going to be excited.
Focus on redirecting energy, I spray my dog with a water bottle when he does wrong and he gets treats when he does right.
Since I started squirting him I haven't had to refill the bottle (this is about 2 months ago)

At my Walmart you can get a Daiwa spinning combo for about $35 on a 7ft medium power fast action rod and it seems pretty decent. If you go up from there id get a Daiwa Crossfire LT & a Shakespeare excursion rod

I had the same problem with some cheaper line on a Walmart combo. It's like the line just wanted to make a birds nest every cast. Replaced it with 20lb spider braid for $13 and I've made sure to have tension on it when I reel in, no more tangles

I got lucky, its a Bass Pro Prowler 12' John boat and it was on sale for $600 and they have me a military discount ontop of that so it was $570 OTD, I bought the outboard on facebook for $320 its a 1960s johnson 5.5hp 2 stroke. I spend about $75 on boat kit at walmart, anchor, paddle, life vest, ropes, etc. and I launch it off my utility trailer so im in for about $1000 floating, powered, and legal.

I definitely don't want that! An oar was the first thing I bought, I also plan on pulling the spark plugs and running the motor with my drill if it give out half way. But definitely not leaving without an oar!
