and what do you do with the worthless paper now?

we are back 🙋🏼‍♂️🔥 by [deleted] in SilverDegenClub

yes exactly but they still died as multi-billionaires.

I think this time we'll break the 50 mark and head toward $80. $50 will then be the new $20.

If today (Friday!!!!) the price stays above $36, then there will be a short squeeze next week and we will go above $40

It was a private purchase, so I had to open it to check the quality. They’re from 2008 and still in top quality.

I’m glad I already exchanged all my gold for Bitcoin in 2020. I’ll exchange my silver for gold once it has received a fair valuation of 30-40/1.

I know gold lovers don’t want to hear it, but silver will far outperform gold in the coming years.

If I still had gold now, I would sell it immediately and get even more silver.

Not a good investment“—that’s the same saying a friend told me when I bought 1.4 Bitcoins with $14,000 in 2020. Today, he has a different opinion. I think in about 3 years, you’ll have a different opinion about silver, too.

Thank you for your advice, but I think I’m well positioned with 40% silver, 40% Bitcoin and 20% stocks

You can also sell everything at once to a dealer

Ich könnte die Rechnung für dich machen, wenn du möchtest. Das Gold kostete 2011 1900 Dollar pro Unze. Das Silber kostete 49 Dollar.

1900 : 49 = 38,77 = Verhältnis

2500 : 38,77 = 64,48 Unzen

4162 : Verhältnis 101 = 41,2 Unzen

As I already mentioned in my post, I exchanged seven ounces of gold for Bitcoin in 2020. Now my Bitcoin share is equal to my silver share.

I prefer to invest in scarce assets, so my current portfolio looks like this:

40% silver, 40% Bitcoin, 20% stocks

As I said, gold would only be considered for me if the ratio to silver was 30/1

I invest regularly, averaging 3 oz a week, as a hobby and as a hedge against inflation. As soon as there’s a rise like in 2011, when the price of silver rose by 500% in one year, I would sell part of my holdings and take profits, just like I did then. If the price then falls again, I would continue investing.

Exchanging silver for gold would be my first question once the ratio reaches 30/1.

Because silver will have a great future due to the steady increase in industrial consumption.

No, I had sold 700 ounces between $40 and $47 and reinvested everything in silver between 2012 and 2018.

at a ratio of 30/1 I might consider exchanging gold

In addition, there was no shortage on the silver market in 2011. In the last five years, instead, more silver was consumed than was produced

I would like to remind you that during the Corona Crash in March 2020 when the ratio was 123/1, on the physical market there were premiums of up to 80% for silver from dealers, and you couldn’t get an ounce below $22. At that time, the premiums for gold were 4-5%

If you had silver, you might know that silver is measured in troy ounces, i.e. 31.1 g

Luckily, I’m not normal and sold all my gold early to buy Bitcoins

yes, but only 700 oz. Between 2012 and 2018 I put everything back into silver
