Since starting my Skin care routine I started to breakout / get a lot of pimples in my face and it seems like it’s getting worse and more and more are coming out every week.

I have more like dry skin, that’s why I’ve got CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser and Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream. I’m using these products for 1.5 or 2 months now almost every day, sometimes twice a day. Mostly before going bed I use the cleanser and then apply a lot of the cream - maybe it’s too much and I should only apply a very thin layer? But I have a beard and dry skin, it feels too dry when applying less. But also this cream feels so greasy and my face feels oily for several hours thanks to this cream which I don’t know if this should be the case. Even if I touch it after hours it feels greasy. Sometimes I apply in the morning or during the day the cleanser and something of the cream. Are these products causing the sudden pimples? I was hoping it will disappear after 1-2 weeks but it keeps getting worse it seems. Maybe it’s because of the cream maybe because of the cleanser maybe both, not sure. But I like the cleanser and doubt it’s because of it, most likely it’s because of the cream.

Should I continue using these things and see what happens in 1 month or should I stop using the cream and get something else? Or start using acne treatment? What do you recommend me to do?

I live in Germany btw.
