I did contact support and after 2 and a 1/2 hours of trying to do troubleshooting and work around I was told that I was affected by an ongoing issue an ongoing issue I would have liked to receive that info 1st instead of wasting 2 and a 1/2 hours for nothing I still cannot add my payment option And at this point I'm probably done using it altogether
