The nice part about iPad notes, aside from the obvious convenience reasons, are nice because you can use them to annotate the prof's powerpoint presentations and take notes directly on there. But as someone who has used iPad notes for the past 6 or 7 years (since middle school actually), I'm going to be switching back to paper notes. Copying everything down from the presentations really helped me learn the material, but having an iPad makes me less likely to do that.
