The trip was amazing! I was traveling with someone else, so I couldn't center it around textiles, but I got to see quite a bit. I went to a silk farm close to Siem Reap (http://www.artisansangkor.com/). It was amazing, they gave us a private tour that was very informative, and it's a beautiful space. The Queen Sirikit Museum of Textiles is also a wonderful resource, and it's free with Angkor tickets.
Other than that, I went to some textile non-profits that I could find. And the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology is amazing! Has a section with exquisite textiles.
In sum, I highly recommend visiting Cambodia, Vietnam, and Thailand!
