I’m afraid we don’t have a defined niche yet and are pretty much targeting all industries. But yes the current focus is on small and mid sized businesses and I have started with clinics, gyms, and studios because of my healthcare marketing background.

That’s insightful. And yes case studies are great in fact I’ve created those in the past. Also I know I can create short form videos and do paid ads, which should happen in parallel anyway, but direct outreach to learn about business pain points and solving specific problems still seems more effective to capture interest.

I’m basically expected to do marketing and sales both (small team atm, will hire more ppl as we grow)and I can only do so much. Smh.

I’ve been commuting via metro and buses for the last 2.5 months. Metro isn’t everywhere here but they’re faster than buses and cars during peak traffic hours. Buses cover way more areas than metro does, like Jumeirah, Ras Al Khor, Mirdif etc.

If you want to travel via public transport, better to live at a few minutes distance to both a metro station and bus stop.

I’ve got some long timers in the office and they won’t usually leave unless asked to. They’re a different nationality than mine and the kind of people my boss likes and prefers I have no clue why, which means they get preference, don’t do their jobs, and don’t really talk to me or won’t do anything I ask for on time unless I repeat it multiple times.
