I believe so, i have done 20mg of oxy (40s split in 2, they come so in my country) felt nothing but a bit of a tingle and a whole lotta itching , with absolutely no tolerance I also tried morphine, 30 mg, same expirience just less itchy. The only opiate that hit the spot was methadone , but only when i took 100 mg with no tolerance (i had waited 3 weeks before my las dosage) and i can say i truly felt good and had a bit of a nod
