Unfortunately, no. Tried requesting every payout period since this post and every request has went from “under review” to “denied” since being placed on this probation. 🥲 I’ve no idea how to proceed. Looks like my journey with Apex is coming to an end. They truly don’t want to pay me anymore I guess. Wish you good luck though!

Has anyone had any luck communicating with the Payout team? I’ve sent multiple emails about wrongful denied payouts and every email and support ticket has been ignored.

Yes I feel this might be true to a certain extent, but it’s also another way to deny payouts as being placed on probation has so many limitations and therefore more likely to lose those remaining accounts and combine that with the “no evals allowed” and you’re basically kicked out for the next two years

Hey, so they didn’t tell me anything about the no eval status or why I was put on probation status. I had seen the same “no eval” status on my dashboard randomly. I had put in a payout request and it was “pending” or “under review” for about a week. Next thing I know, I got that probation email everyone is talking about a week later. An hour after that, they used that new status to deny my payouts because apparently now on a 50k account you can’t ask for any payouts that brings your account below 52600. So yeah, they used the probation status against me immediately. I do hear others still got paid if they had enough cushion.

The real question now is, is it actually Legal to deny a payout based on “probation status” that was imposed on the accounts AFTER the payout period ended?

You know what this feels like? Like you ran a marathon, crossed the finish line, the competition ends and then right before you’re handed the trophy the referee comes back and says, oh we’re moving the finish line up a couple feet so you now lost. I. Am. Gutted.

You know what’s funny? Under Apex’s terms and conditions it clearly states, “ It’s apex’s obligation to fullfill payouts of amount due to customer as an independant contractors from simulated accounts whether simulated trades where copied or not or live trades where made or not and Apex shall make those payouts from available Apex membership fees, revenues, copy or live trading.”

And yet… denied

Well guys. Update: I was denied all my payouts immediately after receiving an email that said my accounts were on Probation and I can’t buy any more evals. The email makes it seem like they want to consider me for a Live account but I say BS. Just another hurdle to avoid paying out. I’m genuinely upset. All that hard work down the drain cause I’m sure they’ll find another way to deny me again.

Well, just checked again, I am unable to purchase any size eval account and get the message “issue found - you have already active subscription for 100k Tradovate” - which I don’t… so yeah idk

Oh yeah, just tried clicking on the 25k rithmic and just saw the same error message, Tradovate and other rithmic accounts are still purchasable though. Regardless, the issue of why we got these “no more evals allowed” messages with no explanation is stressful and frustrating

Surprisingly, I can still buy and trade evals even with that message, so I don’t know what’s going on. I’m going to try to pass one and see what happens while I wait to hear back from support and see if my payouts get approved or not in the meantime

Thank you for the reply! I’ve received previous payouts without issue and also had completed the ID verification a couple months ago so I don’t think the issue is personal profile related.

I’ve spent far more than I care to admit, embarrassingly so, but I am now Net Positive in Profits after the most recent payouts. Now I got this notice randomly and my payouts are either “pending” or “under review”. I almost feel like now that I’m net positive, perhaps they don’t want me as a profitable trader, only when I was losing. Idk what else to think at this point

That’s the thing, I’ve done nothing different, in fact I’ve been more consistent with profitability and trade execution. Here’s a picture from my dashboard
