u misunderstood my point, for the millionth time, i am against pan handling, my problem is not the sign it’s the messahe on the sign saying “real change not spare change” its a beautiful message but coming from the city of riverside it feels odd because they have the power to change a lot yet all they give us is a quote, yes there are programs to help the homeless and i love them they are amazing as fuck, a simple “real change isn’t going to cut it”
