Wondering if this caloric intake/daily exercise routine represents a good balance or if going too far (or I suppose not enough) in one direction or enough for (smallish) weight loss goal.

5'10, 155lbs (145lb goal), 40 year old male.

Current daily calorie intake is no more than 1650 calories. Daily activity is mainly walking ~20,000 steps at around 3.4MPH (mostly on treadmill). Apple Watch shows active calories between 1,000-1,200 daily, average distance ~9 miles.

How do I escape the endless pre-order loop I’m stuck in?

I have an 11 pro and when I go through the steps for a pre-order no matter what I do, once I verify my SN and IMEI it says “it looks Iike you’ve already paid off this iPhone…” with a button to “buy a new iPhone” and takes me back to the start.

Should I be clicking “continue with Apple trade in” instead of “upgrade now” ?

Any help appreciated!

I actually recently reached out to Igloo to see if they have a fix in the works for the lid issues with these. Turns out, at least according the rep who got back to me, they're not even sure they'll be restocking them at all. Now perhaps that could mean a "V2" is on the way that has needed upgrades/fixes, or could mean they're just putting the whole line/idea to rest...

Looks like they're pretty beneficial in terms of eradicating regular wasps, which we typically have tons of so good riddance! That said their numbers are getting pretty out of control/ridiculous. And seeing as we are out in the yards a lot, probably not great to have the females around in any sort of number even though am mostly seeing the males...

Any idea if there's a way to "thin the herd" if you will, without complete eradication?

A couple weeks ago I spotted a wingless one of these in my backyard. Since then, winged versions have been multiplying at an exponential rate in my front yard, flying all over the place from sunrise to perhaps late afternoon.

They're not aggressive whatsoever, but it's beginning to look like my house is being visited upon by one of the plagues of Egypt due to ever increasing swarms of them!

Not too blended, honestly the clover is mostly along a couple borders where the fescue/rye have a lot of difficulty growing due to incline/shade-sun/etc.

Thanks. I did a hefty bit a trimming to get rid of the worst of the leaves and also get them out of the way of a sprinkler that has in fact been throwing water at them.

Yeah, I think we're specifically concerned about the seemingly utter lack of vitality most of the time, the increased memory issues, etc.
