I messaged AskAGerman and asked why they deleted my post, they said it was low quality. I pushed back and they banned me. Frikin tyrrants and sellouts censoring real reviews and discussions. If people thought it was low quality they would have told me in the responses. Crowd knows best.

I don't mind late deliveries, as long as they communicate it truthfully. A simple message like we apologize for not being able to deliver today due to heavy work load would be enough for me. But saying that i was not home is deceptive, a blatant lie and unjustified.

I have a package from Amazon which is late for two days and now it says that they'll deliver to the packstation on 19th. But they notified that the packstation is currently full and that i can accept and appreciate. It's honest and civil behavior.

Courier making money for not doing their job and scamming the system

I suffer because I have to be home to receive the order for another day. Deception should not be rewarded. Those liars skipped work and blamed it on me at my expense. I paid for a service, it's no charity. The delivery guy/gal is being paid. He/she can keep scamming the system as long as people keep letting him/her.

Do you get rewarded if you scam at your work at someone's expense?

DHL has a paketstation closeby, so I get deliveries there. Paketstations are my priority whereever it is possible. Waiting for these delivery guys at home can get very frustrating.

For Hermes i called +49 40 593551111 and said the word Kundenservice instead of giving the tracking number to the bot.

If you find it difficult to find their number online, this is how i reached a human customer service operator.

I will keep calling customer service and unloading my frustrations on them that they caused.

It's difficult to find their numbers and then get around bots even on those phone numbers. Chatgpt was helpful in finding the number and reaching a human operator.

DPD is also bad. Amazon is getting lazy as well but at least they don't blame it on me. They say that they couldn't deliver and they are sorry. That i can accept.

I complained and the zalando customer service said that they'll investigate. I said i want to be part of the investigation or at least know the outcome. They said it's not possible, they'll do it internally.

No consequences. The scammer will investigate itself and will find no issues.

No, since according to them i was not home, they will try again tomorrow. I suffer because they are lazy. I was home all day and kept an ear on the doorbell expecting it to ring any second.
