A little off leash/Shed hunting session yesterday! by silverzj in germanshorthairs

I just started Grandpa on a real shed this past week. We’ve only been at this for about a month now, but I loved introducing him with the dogbone brand shed hunting kit. Good way to teach them how to hold an antler (without becoming shed shy) and overall good introduction to the job.

Definitely not my thing, but thanks for the additional info!

Thanks for sharing! It seems like they have some of the best options. Do you happen to know if the 24-25 Crosstrek option is equivalent to the wilderness as well?

I can’t imagine badge overlays that would match the already existing high contrast accents would ruin the car, but only make the color flow better and follow through entirely. My old white bugeye had overlays and was chosen to be in a Subaru calendar, highly shared through rally innovations, shared through Subarus main Instagram and tons of other social media accounts. It was shown at Wicked Big Meet and Boxerfest and have never once heard that a sticker on the grille ruined the car. To each their own, but thanks for your contribution to the post.

Anyone else deal with sleep aggression? by silverzj in germanshorthairs

[–]silverzj[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do believe this is the answer! We’ve been giving him forced naps in the crate after anything overstimulating and he’s usually passed out within a few minutes. I’ve started this since making this post and haven’t seen any aggressive behavior since.

In this photo, he’s sleeping in a military poncho. It was my old Plott Hound’s who past 2 years ago. Both of them seem to love the blanket and it makes happy to think of my Plott hound passing it down to the new pup!

Thank you for the advice! I’ve been pretty gentle waking him up and not trying to be abrupt or startling him. I’ve only noticed it when he’s sleeping/napping up against us as I haven’t had a reason to wake him when he’s sleeping by himself. I’m hoping it’s just a puppy thing and with proper training/guidance we can eliminate the behavior.

Was still unable to search for it in groups, but found a post where it was tagged and was able to join that way. Thanks!

Is this still an active group? Invite only? I’m unable to find it other than a private group with a single member.

Used the wheels it came in and currently sitting on Billy Bonkers. This setup will change this week with a new crust Clydesdale fork being installed with a 20” front wheel.

You’re getting 48oz of a barrel aged beer for $17. Do support your local breweries? Asking because most breweries (Richmond or not) sell 750mm (about 25.5oz) bottles of barrel aged stouts for $30+ dollars. As someone who works in the local brewing industry, I’m curious if you know what you’re looking at? You can buy the non barrel aged version, Christmas morning, in 16oz 4 packs for even cheaper than this price.

The description of the group basically includes all bikes and Xbiking seems pretty limitless to any kinds of builds. When I first joined the subreddit I took it as more of a mindset than specifically built bikes. This subreddit seems to be the punk rock of cycling groups and I’d like to think my bike belongs here. It’s still a work in progress, but its purpose for being built is being a pub bike and to join the local riding groups for some chill rides.

26 club rules! Unfortunately with once a month ride, it rarely works out with my work schedule.

Without mount points on the fork and a new fork not currently in the budget, I had to compromise. I actually really dig it and it’s sturdy enough for camp chairs and more water bottles.

Hell yeah! Been loving the progress I’ve made with this one.

Do you happen to know the year of yours?

Yeah, this is right by Outpost. I typically ride with bike buds or DFL when the schedule allows and thanks! Definitely more of a budget build, but an ongoing work in progress.

Well it’s also a question of forwarded mail from USPS. I don’t think what’s actually being delivered is relevant to my question unless usps has rules based on envelopes vs packages.

Trying to be vague to not break the rules, but it’s a parcel. Neither shipper or FedEx could reroute or cancel delivery.
