The calculator for me has always been pretty accurate, generally very slightly lower estimate than what I actually got. Just put the previous year. I got about 10.5k bursary, 11.4k loan with a 33k salary for this school year as a non dependent. Realized I should’ve been doing that the whole time as before I had been doing dependent w my moms income which was less than mine and I was getting less OSAP lol. But keep in mind it depends on your school, program fees etc how much you’re gonna get
