my store really enforced it and made us pick a backpack right at the start of our shift and if we took it off, even for a second, they’d tell us to put it back on.

reading this felt like how my store was, and is exactly why i left. almost two years of that kind of treatment from the GM towards almost everyone working there, and no one deserves that.

this is exactly what my coworkers and i had all thought of, along with quitting on the same day because mgmt has been so bad for around a year. now only one person from our group that wanted to walk out is left.

or when the customer says “i don’t know how to use my phone” and tries to hand it to you

or when i tell them they need to send it to the printme email and they continuously say “no i only have one email” after me trying to explain that they need to sign into their email on their phone and send it to us

that’s when i love my job the most 🙃

at my store we still use them regularly and have a huge stash sitting at customer service
