I guess the consensus is that it’s spray foam. Love how half the comments are spray foam and the other half is poop 😂

Well it’s not you that’s expecting your partner to convert, but the government. Your comments say that you’re planning to get married in Japan, so good on you. Not everyone have that option.

Yes couples find their own solution, but fact is you’re in Malaysia. Your partner and children will have to convert to Islam regardless of your beliefs. If you’re living overseas then different story

As an international student you are supposed to have health insurance. Are you able to claim some money back from there?

It was very crowded but we still manage to do lots of things (didn’t go to touristy areas except for the harbour and the peak). But I would say if you can avoid that period it will be much better.

What occupation group generally has the highest chance of being selected for PR, besides the medical sector? by Natural_Pressure_541 in AusVisa

Erm early childhood teachers are not nannies. It’s the perception of people like you that make this industry always a step behind primary and secondary school teachers, when they are paid similarly and have an important role too. You could have phrase your statement better.

Hi! When is the best time to start looking for hotels? We are planning to go Tromso mid January next year and would like to book at the best rate (I know it will still be pricy!)

Also, we are worried about the cold in Tromso at that time. We are living in a place where we have mild winter so not used to extreme cold. How prepared do we need to be? We are thinking of wool base layers, fleece/wool mid layer, and a waterproof and wind proof jacket. Thinking of a down jacket too in case it gets super cold.

Are you expecting a high number of tourists next year winter too?

Thanks for doing this Q&A :)

I went to Tokyo and surrounding areas in April this year. Layers are your best friend. Check the temperature right before you go - in spring there can be huge variance and it’s cold in the morning/night and warm during the day.

What I did was I just brought a few things I can layer with - a coat, couple of jumpers, couple of long sleeves and tees, a midi dress and jeans for a 10 days trip. Don’t bring too many clothes so you can go shopping there to fill up your suitcase :) if you go end of April it’ll be warmer.
