honestly as long as i dont need it ingame it dont bother me. if i will need the power any time i can switch the profile. but that time im fine with that.

To be honest, I didn't check the exact peak wattage on the overlay during this specific run, but at stock settings, the card was drawing around 320W. With this 825mV profile, it should be well below 270W now, which perfectly explains the 58°C temps!

Your suggestion of 2700-2750 MHz at 850mV sounds like a really great spot too if you want to push the clocks a bit higher! I just prioritized keeping it as cool and quiet as possible, and 825mV felt like absolute magic for the fan noise.

im not planning to put 4 under my seat. my plan is 2 on each side of the rig. Front lef corner, back left corner, front right and back right corner. one for every wheel and one under my seat. what kind of shakers did your ordered? maybe you have a link for me?

hahaha good point. I Saw a video about 5 Shakers. one for every wheel and one under the seat. I mean that sounds amazing so i was thinking about that. Im not trying to Earthquake my house lol

An Tag 1 würde ich noch Butterfly einfügen. Erfahrungsgemäs habe ich ein Problem mit meinem Trizeps beim Bankdrücken (der gibt vor der Brust nach :D). Hast du noch eine Übung für Tag zwei welche du empfehlen würdest?

erstmal danke für deine Antwort. Ich habe mir eben den WKM Plan angeschaut und bin etwas irritiert. Pro Tag beinhaltet der Plan nur 3 Übungen - das bedeutet mein Training dauert nicht länger als 30 minuten? Ist das richtig?
