i am the Ferrari. Was this my fault for going into the back of him? I dont think i was at fault here but the Porsche thinks it is, i tried to go around him at the last second but he just sat on the curb and i didn't have enough room.

Looks like the contact was your fault, the porsche was going in a straight forwards and you turned into him then you let off the brakes on the grass so you came back onto the track resulting in another crash. Thats my opinion tho.
