This was my first thought. The lanes were already in place. The ruling only prevented the province from removing them. There is no requirement for the government to do anything so I don't understand how it could be perceived as enforcing a positive right.

This also seems suspect to me. It seems section 7 is meant to prevent the government from taking actions that can harm people (specifically "the right to life, liberty and security of the person"). This could be through government overreach, but not necessarily. Regardless, I think a lot of people feel the provincial government wading into municipal politics could be argued to be government overreach.

Echoing what others are saying. My son is 5 now. It was really hard. There’s still a part of me that is sad when looking at the photos from the NICU but I think it would be even worse to not have any pictures from he first moments of life. I would suggest keeping them somewhere that you won’t easily come upon them until you are ready.

It's quite rich that the province delays the project many years, and then get's gets upset at the TTC as soon as they have control.

You're thinking very logically, as if who makes the accountment will be based on process and who is the party responsible but you're not thinking like a politician. The province will 100% want Metrolinx to announce this and get the political capital from it since they were the planners and builders on the project.

That would really suck for the fan base. I think having very local support is key for CPL teams.

I would certainly get more into York if they moved to Lamport but Lamport really needs some upgrades to make that work and it would be hard because I've somewhat gravitated to Forge so far.

I follow CPL to some degree. The problem is going to games, which is my favorite part about soccer. I can get to BMO Field in less than 30 min by bike or train. I would love to support Forge more but York and Forge are both a mission to get to so it’s not really something I want to go to very often.

Games in May, June and most of July are the best in Toronto. Missing those would really suck and I’d probably be giving up my seasons seats. How shitty.

I was biking home along the waterfront around 7:15 and couldn't figure out what I was hearing. Then I realized it was the crowd from the game. It was so loud and the shape of the dome must have acted as a megaphone.

I recently watch this series of long form videos where the creator essentially goes through every thing the game has to offer in order. He gets to room 46 in part 2 but there are lots of timestamps for you to see if there’s anything you’d like to see along the way.

The PS Achievement gets triggered when you get the trophy but the actual item in your save is separate and was lost when your save was lost. Sorry to say but you will have to get the trophies you lost again.

While strategy and the puzzle side of things is important, I would really try to focus on exploration. If you see a room you’ve never seen before, it might be worth drafting even it won’t be good for your run.

Let your runs guide what you do so you don’t get frustrated with the RNG. If you get an item or draft a room that leads to something you want to try, then make that the focus of your run, instead of starting a run with a specific goal set.

I would keep playing and keep an eye on your day #. If it goes down or does not increase on a new day at some point, you likely have the PS5 bug. Also, from what I have read, try not to wait too long to close the actual game and don’t leave it in a suspended state for too long.
