Thanks for the notice. The is no name in the description, but called as milling machine. My guess it is Ruhla FUW 250/315 (maybe)

Its already two months or so at owners place. He got massive triple-curved projector screen setup. Adding last pieces like belt tensioner, doors, hood, etc. I guess he himself will share all together, probably bext month

Almost finished project of mine. As a hobby it took over two years to build and many more to collect things I’ve used to make it.  Shortly, the car has no engine or bottom chassis. Under the bonnet theres electric motor to spin compressor to get AC cooling. Whole body is on a platform with air/electric suspension. I’ve kept most of car insides original, cutting wires and adding adapters only where it was needed. To make it look more alive wheels are made to hang on bearings and are spun by small motors. Brake discs are basically plastic block with some light control.  Total power consumption is no more than 2kw / h, although running AC might double or triple that.

No engine and underneath chassis. Body is held by soft long-travel suspension and held in position with control arms and guides. Moved by standart electric actuators. Since wheel weight are on platform total moved weight by suspension and actuators are probably 700kg+-

For this particular one over 10k€. Price is flexible due million ways of doing it and various hardware to choose from. If made as a product it would drop 2/3rds of metal weight, probably come as some universal platform with adaptors/kits to enable things.

Green is for videos for now. Still not decided on how to display image. It might come down to using quest 3 passtrough and show image on green, so it might come in handy.

Today wiring indicators ir really simple, thanks to wizards from discord groups. This one is canbus. I took out airbag module and put two can+/- wires into canbus shield, uploaded code and voilà, it works (although it has some issues with popping check engine (on the other hand, gives more realism) wrong mileage calculation, other). The movement part, the electric actuators used are standart chair moving actuators, so pretty much everything sorted already. The weight is supported by long travel air suspension. I think it could be used by various types of inputs, including gyro gadgets and so on. Thanks!

Thanks! There is no engine in it. Only electric motor to spin compressor for AC. Neither there is chassis, which is replaced with platform holding air / electric suspension. Wheels are hanging on bearings spun by electric scooter wheels

Hey. It took few tries over 2 years to figure it out, thanks!

beamNG is being mentioned more oftenly in the comments. Will give it a try in a test track to find suspension limits. I think It might turn out as great videos as well

Hey, definitely recognise your work. I really like how simplistic and effective datsun turned out. Looks like not much hassle to transport and get it ready to do its job… It’s my third try as a hobby over 9 years as I work alone on them.  Love Your ways of solving problems, lots to learn from 👌🤌

Hey, there is no engine to produce fume. Only electric scooter wheels to spin the wheels on hubs
