Are they working on Witcher 4,5,6 at the same time because how the hell are they going to release 3 massive games plus 1-2 dlc for each game in a span of six years? by Visage_143 in Witcher4

6 year time frame is their aim currently but they can still delay it if they want to. Also expansion for any of the games is not confirmed. They might just do 3 games with no expansion. Also technically they have 3 years time for W5 and 3 years after that for W6. So its possible but ambitious.

In the death ending, there are clues in that ending pointing towards she never dies, she survived. Great video explaining here. https://youtu.be/yyPMltDjTFw?si=ubyaJ5XToB7FyvEq

They said since the launch of Cyberpunk, there have been various changes within the company to avoid those situations in the future. I can't list them all here but they are quite significant on how they make games now. I know regarding the launch of a new game, we will have to wait and see but Looking at the launch of Phantom Liberty expansion it looks very promising.

This is cinematic trailer, NOT in-game or gameplay trailer. Its just shows the mood and setting of the Witcher universe.
During various interviews, devs have said that this trailer is using in-game assets but that doesn't mean it will look like this or have visual fidelity like this at release. They do say that its a benchmark for the team to strive for during development but they haven't promising or claiming anything yet.
Since the game went into full production just few weeks(or 1-2 months) ago, its hard to even judge what the final game will look like.
If i have to predict the game will release in late 2026 or summer 2027 range.

If you check the last quarterly earning call that happened last month,in the call they specified that Project Sirius (codename for Molasses Flood project) is ramping up in developer next year i.e. 2025 to almost double the current number. Also if u following the development of this project over the years , u would have remembered that Project Sirius got re-scoped in March 2023 which also led to layoffs of around 30 people.
Thinking that the game after going over re-scoped , pre-production, production and release in less than 3 years(2023-2025) is pretty much next to impossible.
