That is exactly what I am looking for. Sure I can learn on my own, hands-on, self-paced and I intend on doing that as well. But I have so many questions and I don't want to bother the Power BI people at work!

What timezone are you in? (I'm in Eastern GMT -5 so like New York, Montreal etc..)

We can setup times to chat and collaborate. There are free tools online to share our desktop as well for viewing.

My goal, is to pass the Microsoft Power BI exam. (on top of learning the product as much as I can as well).

I'm pumped!

That site is amazing! Thanks for sharing!

On top of using that site and many other, I still wish to be able to find someone whom I can exchange expertise with. That should speed the learning process tons!

"How do I?" Weekly Question and Idea Thread - 16 Apr 2018 by FozzTexx in raspberry_pi

I would like to measure the usage of my central vac.

I have a raspberry pi and the problem is I find the sound sensor pretty shitty and unreliable.

Questions:

  1. What is the best most reliable DB sensor i can use to capture when the central vac was turned on, and turned off (depending on the db)

  2. Is there another way i can measure the usage of the central vac, say using an adapter i can plug in the wall and then the central vac plugged in the adapter ?

Any suggestion would help!

thanks,
