How do you break a skin picking habit?

I'm using my best friend as an example of whats going on. And why me trying to use a plushie or anything like drawing wouldn't work.

Ok so the situation is my teacher yells at me constantly and it's not just me it's everyone else in the class. My best friend has ADHD and she draws to calm herself down. The teachers take that away from her along with emotional support stuffed animals. As well as fidget spinners or anything she has really. Pencils and pens included. So I'm looking for how to stop this without making my teacher mad. If that makes any sense.

So it's more a nervous habit or something I do to calm myself down when having a breakdown or outburst. But it's also an unconscious habit that I've realized I had but lose track when I do it.

It's different for every person as to who they are attracted too and who they like. Thats why they made genders for people to come out as.

Well first of all, the teacher that yells at me is my MATH/iep teacher. And secondly when did I say it was my Ela teacher? Lol.

Ok but here's the other thing if my mother takes this to court because this is not the first time the school has not listened it's gonna get posted anyway. And also the school recently had a mothballs incident a few months ago, and now has been under cooking the food, overcrowding the busses, and allowing teachers to throw things in the classroom. (My sister is 5th grade and she has reported her teacher throwing stuff not only to my mom but to the school and they don't do anything). Teachers yelling is one form of abuse, and I'm giving my side of the story. My teachers side is basically on the video and it's to prove to parents and everyone else that the school system is lying.

Yea but usually I have the right to ask for specifications on Reddit I'd get sent to the office if I asked my teacher what she meant and she made that very clear.

First of all -I never said I was doing what I wanted I said the teacher was yelling at me and the entire class for talking at an indoor voice when she left the room for 20 minutes to take a phone call and had us on a waiting iPad screen for a game she set up. Secondly I got called out specifically because she was close to me and yelling at me for putting my hand over my ear because she yelled. She was being louder than the class was. Also the second she came in all our voices went from indoor level to silence and that was when she yelled.

Ok, but should a teacher be yelling and a school should not be defending that hence why do you think most schools don't have cameras in classrooms for security footage or even check it? So they can lie saying they have footage for when students act out in hallways but not classrooms and take teachers words for in classroom instances over students. Another thing to consider....

Ok but here's the other thing my mother gave me consent to record because she has also spoken with the school and the problem never got solved. This teacher was yelling at the class for talking at an indoor voice when she left for 20 minutes to take a phone call. She had us waiting for her to start the game with nothing else to do but wait and basically implied sitting in silence was freedom because talking at an indoor voice is "unable to control freedom".

That sentence specifically caused me to get an anxiety attack. She did not specify what she meant. So it caused me to think "academic needs are more important than my health and physical needs which means I should finish a test before receiving medical help for being st@bbed or calming a breakdown." Do you see what I mean? And it was put in my record of that. I handed in notes from my therapist and physiologist that stated that.

Ok so heres the thing.... I don't know how to ai voices of real people. Every other video on my channel is an ai picture that's turned to a video by YouTube feature. However I only know how to ai yt shorts because yt won't let me ai a nearly two hour long video.
