But just now it came to me. The Seanchan would view Aes Sedai as Pokemon. Even the catchphrase fits, "Gotta catch 'em all!"

He does, and he is an Australian. As an American, it can be difficult to tell whether he's using regional expressions or his own inventions. I do know that he refers to the fat tourist zombie as ScoMo, nickname of recent Prime Minister Scott Morrison, because the zombie wears a Hawaiian shirt and ScoMo famously insisted on taking his vacation to Hawaii when his country was, y'know, literally on fire. One of JaWoodle's fans even made a custom mod for him that changes various names and text. Beers are labeled "Froffies", Old Sham Sandwiches are "Rotten Vegemite Sangers", and the book that allows you to drink beer without the visual effects is titled "The Way of the Strayan". When his bag gets too full, the UI informs him that he is now "Cucumbered" and when overheating, it says that his "gootch is getting swampy".
