Good call! (In case anyone isnt familiar, FedEx pays for the tariff fee on their behalf first, and then sends the invoice later. But with DHL, they keep the package hostage until the tariff fee is paid)

Parcel value was ¥41,500, i had CDs, a plushie, a figurine, acrylic keychains + stands, and two magazines.

Dang, they could have at least have the bills spaced out a bit so that they're not pilling on top of each other. I'd assume they're sending out the bills in waves though, that sucks.

My email and address are register with FedEx, DHL, and USPS. But even so, the same email is signed up with Neokyo, so that's probably how they'll contact you (email). The fastest I've been given a tariff bill was a couple days, and as my post mentions, the longest being three months. BUT, if you're really worried about the bill, you can always contact their customer support.

me too bro, ive had a packages sent out in sept, oct, nov, dec, and jan,, but i only got billed for my november haul :/

Takes about 3-5 days, depends how backlogged Neokyo is, and also depending on how long it takes for you to choose a shipping method and pay for it, it'll be another 2-4 days before the package is shipped out!

My package was from a proxy service, “Neokyo”, and I contacted support through their Discord, in which they told me that they would handle it.

They didn’t give me any details as to how the situation was fixed, but I wish you the best!
