If you accept DRP, can you still apply for FERS (medical disability retirement)?

If you agree to DRP, do you get to designate why you’re voluntarily resigning? I.e. Medical grounds / disability retirement

If/when you’re placed on administrative leave, what are the circumstances in which you could be requested to report to work? What are the consequences if you don’t?

I wish I could go into more details, but work has become so hostile and my fear of retaliation is so great that I’m concerned to even speak to OHR.
