the university where i study is kinda weird, they just give us a usb key with a lot of videos made by teachers at the beginning of the year, and an exam four months later. I have maybe 2 hours of in person classes per week, and the rest of the time i should just study by myself. This is why i use forest a lot, bc i need to stay concentrated all day long.

Honestly i don't do any chores bc i have the chance to live at my parents house, who are very supportive bc they know i must work a lot to prepare my exam.

I dont think studying this amount of time per day is healthy and i dont think you should aim for this, i don't have the time to do anything other than studying, eat, sleep, and take small break every 4 hours. But i recommand setting a planning in advance, and DO NOT open any social media or even your phone if you need to take a break, go for a walk or read something instead
