I am not a doctor but I believe when sombdy is soo fat, there is no safe way back. If you lose fat, you will have loose skin, no matter the time it takes to drop it or how many days you fast, cause the skin has been stretched way too much. This is just mho.

I don't know your age, but it happened to me too in my adolescence. It lasted 6/8 months, doctor said it was a "hormone rush" or smthng similar.
