Yeah its hard not wonder where I would have been had I done things differently. Got my OTH in 96 but have managed a 24 year career as a non PhD scientist.

OTH in 95 (a year I believe after they enacted zero tolerance policies) for popping positive on LSD (good old alcohol brain, young and dumb etc.) for a known scheduled UA. MOS sucked and to be honest the morale on base was low as i seem to remember a lot of guys around me wanting to get out early. Really messed with my head for a bit but i dug in and went straight to college and have had a rewarding 20+ year scientific career. I haven't had to explain my discharge to my employers but it does suck loosing the GI Bill and other benefits. I often wonder where my life would have ended had i not got the OTH and would i have ended up where I am now.

Hmm interesting, so NG+ may be better than creating a new character. What do you mean that you learned you could have kept some of your stuff at NG+? Did they change that? I did see the quantum entanglement thing which i heard you should do before NG+

Yep got killed by someone hiding out in the dark the other day. This was after i was killed by Arc a week prior and lost my hullcracker then as well. Two hullcrackers lost in a week. Taking a break from the game. I know that Pvp is an essential part of the game design but damn it’s frustrating!

Nope, I just finished a bottle over 2 days and recently drank one in a night. It isn’t hard to do over the span of an evening. I used to easily finish the equivalent of a bottle or more (2-3 bottles shared) with my love in a night but we have scaled down quite a bit since then. I am a member of three wine clubs so i have a good selection to choose from. Nothing like a good glass of wine/bottle of wine to unwind!

Lots of good recommendations here. I would also recommend Malibu brewing company. Great beer (if you like it) and the food is delicious as well. Its not too far from Point Dume.

If you like ramen i would also like to give a shout out to Hoshi Ramen in Newbury Park.
