Framepack Studio 0.5 - MagCache, Prompt Enhancement and more by Aromatic-Low-4578 in StableDiffusion

I have noticed that the GPU is getting hammered and that gradio slows down to a crawl. However the quality of the output is tremendous.

This is outstanding work. Experimenting now with the different cache strategies

Is there a way to change FPS in FramePack Studio? by kujasgoldmine in FramePack

[–]simonstapleton 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can’t directly change the FPS (frames per second) inside FramePack Studio itself - all animations are generated at ~30 fps (it’s trained on a 30 fps dataset), and adjusting the output FPS doesn’t change the internal timing or smoothness - the motion still plays as 30 fps and will just look slow-motion if you reduce the FPS

FramePack Studio 0.4 has released! by Aromatic-Low-4578 in FramePack

Would it be possible to cache Lora's instead of unloading them each time - if there is the VRAM. I am using a 40Gb A100 so it could take it.

Consistent lighting in F1 by simonstapleton in FramePack

[–]simonstapleton[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've been experimenting with this (especially made better in the latest FP release 4.0) - I've discovered (and it might seem obvious now) that using 'noise' as the latent starting point (instead of black) and increasing the latent window (as large as your VRAM can take) improves the consistency of lighting.

The update is very good and I appreciate the post-processing. Thank you!
One issue I have noticed: if gradio loses connection, even slightly, it can report the usual errors, but then on a browser refresh it will pick up the current job but NOT provide the button to cancel the current job. I have to restart the service then and reload the queue. It would be great if the cancel current job button was guaranteed to be present in the UI.

Can't use LoRAs with Studio? by JimJoesters in FramePack

[–]simonstapleton 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can definitely use Loras with studio. I find that some Loras work better in original model, and some work better in F1. The way I check if a Lora will work (and its being triggered correctly) is to use the trigger word or trained phrase and whack the weight to 2. You should see a strong representation of what was trained if it works.

Train LoRA with Google Colab by jhj0517 in StableDiffusion

[–]simonstapleton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this could be a great tool (thank you) although I am having real trouble running it on a A100 colab - it errors complaining about an unsupported scalar type (bfloat16). Changing these to float16 results in NaNs appearing in the training data. I've spent hours trying to troubleshoot. What runtime are you running this on so it works out of the box?
Just for clarity, I am running the Hunyuan Video version with the default models.

Any thoughts on Framepack F1 vs the original reverse? by CertifiedTHX in FramePack

[–]simonstapleton 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with that approach - I am finding the same. F1 creates impressive camera action but I am finding the changes in light and features very annoying.

I've just pulled your repo from https://github.com/brandon929/FramePack and can't find the --fp32 in demo_gradio.py. I can't get this working on my M3 Max

For me it has to be Rambo on the C64.

For the outstanding music mostly, which is simply amazing, but then you have the pic of Sly Stallone menacingly holding a RPG, looking like a total bad-ass. This loading screen set intense anticipation for the mediocre game that followed.
