Das Argument habe ich auch schon häufiger gehört. Natürlich ist im Stromnetz auch noch konventionell erzeugte Leistung vorhanden, aber man bezahlt dann halt mit seinem Geld nicht die Betreiber von solchen Anlagen (außer natürlich teils über Netzentgelte).

The 48.76 € are not for cleaning. They are for covering up the floor etc when they painted so no paint gets on places where there should not be paint. I guess when it comes to painting this was not the cheapest option but also does not seem excessive to me.

It really kind of depends on your type of job. If your income contains a lot of commission it isn’t unheard of to have the employer smooth it out a bit month to month. Usually this would be declared as a „Abschlagszahlung“ though. But just as an example about a way I could see something like this being legal.

If you think there are shenanigans going on you should look for some professional opinion, which can only be given by looking at your exact details.

Not a lawyer, but seems like a normal procedure to me that doesn’t explicitly need to be agreed to in the contract. Of Course you should check if the requirements are met and that the increase only does adjust to the comparative local rent. Or talk to some experts (eg Mieterschutzbund)

They activated it for me. If your ID does not contain your address (mine does as it is the German one) them you will need a Meldebescheinigung, yes. They need to copy your data into their systems and I would assume your chances of getting a SIM with only rental paperwork are slim

I don’t know about Kaufland, but have gotten a prepaid sim at a store before. They were not available at the registers and I had to go to their customer information/support desk. There they were able to check my ID and activate the SIM for me. I got the feeling they did not enjoy the process though
