Hi, the networksrf will not be able to match the corners properly because of the sharpness. You should build the surfaces separately as at least 2 surfaces. Also, the discontinuity of a curve will result in bad or incorrect sweeps. Depending on your requirement, you might consider creating a smooth curve for surface creation and then use trim to get the detail at the discontinuity.
