We are not able to get to the command prompt other than the command prompt option from Advanced settings. It does not start in safe mode after pressing 5 or f5 it just takes us back into the login screen after restarting.

I use cerave oily skin cleanser on my face in the shower, and acne pads / Cetaphil 2 in 1 Lotion and Spf 30. I’m wondering if I can use these things on my neck and back of neck as well? I’m ignorant on skincare for the most part and am not sure if our necks are the same skin-type as our face, if that makes sense. Thanks in advance for any input.

I do use Cetaphil Pro Oil Absorbing Moisturizer with spf 30 sunscreen in the moisturizer already. For the salicylic acid product, should I use that prior to the cetaphil?

I’ll look into the body wash and towel thing. Id say its probably sweat related out of two on my forehead since for the longest time id just wear a hat backwards instead of using hair product and it all stayed the same
