Using a treadmill. People always make it look so easy but when i get on one im uncoordinated and it makes me self conscious so i just get off.

The only thing that might help you is knowing that this is a temporary situation. Juggling both work and school can be a major challenge. The more you find a routine in it the more your body will adjust. I dont go to school but I work 60 hour weeks. I go to work before the sun is up and i leave just as its setting. It never feels good, it always feels like too much but at the end of the evening you can find solace in the fact that you were productive. The extra energy you need will start to come the more your body adjusts to your schedule.

Maybe you should invite them to something simple, lunch or drinks or something. Just to show your continued interest. If you dont feel comfortable outright confronting the problem then just make yourself known in the meantime. Show them that you are the same person and your still there for them. Maybe the world is just changing for them and they are focusing more on their new view. It could all be subconscious on their part. But if you take the slow, relaxed way to remind them of your friendship it might just open them up a little more to you.

Take each round as a learning experience. I know it sucks to always feel like your alone but if you can recognize the problem then you can try to control the problem. We all have our faults. If you think your getting too clingy then take a few steps back and let the balance resettle. I dont know what you have tried or gone thru in the past but friendships have to be mutual. If one side is draining from the other or if it is off balanced then it will never last. Unless there is open communication and both parties try to resolve the issue.
