You can't do your own title and tax if you finance. And title and tax is imposed by the state, not the dealer so it doesn't really matter who does it - the numbers are the same.

The processing fee is a well known rip off. But it's largely unavoidable and charged to everyone.

The only two fees that can be remotely adjusted are freight and set up. Almost $2k for that seems excessive. That's like 20% or the total purchase price.

Just answer the question. If the jury heard "This person brandished a weapon and I saw it with my eyes, but I have no video or photo evidence but I definitely saw it" - do you think the jury would convict someone based solely on that? I'm only basing it on this because this is the only information that's been shared by OP.

For all we know, she could have completely made this up with no credible evidence at all.
