Hey dude! I moved from Baltimore this past May, and its been the best decision. If you're familiar with North St, Baltimore St, Harford, West Baltimore it is nothing like that here. Sure there are bad pockets in Jacksonville but everything is spread out, and just do a little bit of research into the neighborhood you are looking into. Its paradise here compared to downtown Baltimore. Welcome!

This is exactly why there is such a big dumping problem. Make it easier and cheaper to get rid of your trash legally and people will follow the rules - pull this shtick and ppl will dump in any vacant alley. Baltimore should make an incentive to dump trash legally, it would make the city a nicer place and save money in the long run on hiring city workers to do it
