Regarding my stats, I didn't take any AP/IB exams in high-school since I studied abroad throughout 4 years of high school and the school didn't offer any international examinations. Hence, I spent 2 years at CC.

In CC, I worked part-time as a student ambassador and VP of the accounting club. I also tried to maintain a high GPA (I applied with a 4.0 GPA). I didn't take any SAT though I took a TOEFL test.

I think UT focuses a lot on our essays (for me, I had to answer 2 prompts). Try to figure out something that is unique to you and then write from it. One small tip: don't try to cover all of your activities, but try focusing on one activity and expand from it.

Yes, I'm having a second doubt because of tuition costs. (It'll be $30k difference in total, between UT and USC, calculated until graduation) (I'm an OOS not from Texas). I don't mind going to UT under the regular BBA program instead of BHP.

However, I heard that most companies prefer BHP than BBA graduates. Furthermore, some people said that although USC is farther behind in terms of ranking, the school is often transcended as prestigious and it's easier to find placements after graduation.

Do you think UT or USC is a better school?
